Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Magnet Mates application (the “App”) or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of any updates or modifications to these terms.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and payment has been processed. Each magnet is handcrafted specifically for your order using images you provide, and cannot be resold or reused.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have reviewed your order details, including images, quantity, and magnet type, before submitting.
• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with the final product, change of mind, or incorrect information submitted by you.
• Magnet Mates reserves the right to cancel an order if the submitted images violate our content policy (see Section 5), in which case a full refund will be issued as the sole remedy.

You are solely responsible for the quality of the images you submit. Magnet Mates will reproduce your images as submitted. We are not responsible for blurry, pixelated, dark, or otherwise low-quality results attributable to the original image you provided. We strongly recommend submitting high-resolution photos for best results.

By submitting images, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the images or have the legal right to use them for this purpose.
• The images do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
• The images do not contain illegal, obscene, or otherwise prohibited content.

This includes but is not limited to: errors in the final product caused by customer-submitted content; delays in production or shipping beyond our reasonable control; loss, damage, or delay of products during shipping; unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or orders.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

You may not submit images or place orders containing content that is illegal, obscene, sexually explicit, defamatory, hateful, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party. Magnet Mates reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates this policy, with a full refund issued as the sole remedy.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Any applicable taxes or fees will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Magnet Mates is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other events outside our control. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon handoff to the shipping carrier.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Magnet Mates reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App or placement of an order following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
