How long until my magnets arrive?+
Most orders are hand-pressed and shipped within 3-5 business days. You will get tracking as soon as the order leaves the studio.
What photos work best?+
Well-lit, in-focus photos work best. The order flow keeps the original upload and creates a high-resolution print crop, so your source photo stays available to our team.
How big are the magnets?+
Our Square and Polaroid magnets are roughly 2x2 inches. Photo Strips use four photos in one taller magnet.
Can I order in bulk for an event or business?+
Yes. Use the business inquiry page to send your logo, design references, and project details so we can help with samples and pricing.
Can I use the app too?+
Yes. Magnet Mates is built for iPhone and Android, with the same custom magnet workflow and order tracking.
