• Shipping address provided at checkout
• Magnet type, quantity, and order preferences

Photos & Images:

• Photos you upload through the App for magnet creation
• Cropped or edited versions of those photos as processed in the App

Payment Information:

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Magnet Mates does not store, see, or have access to your full credit card number, CVV, or banking information. Stripe provides us only with a payment confirmation and the last four digits of your card for reference.

Technical Information:

• Device type and operating system (collected automatically for app functionality)
• App usage data and error logs (used to improve the App)

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and fulfill your magnet orders
• Send order confirmation and status emails
• Communicate with you about your order if an issue arises
• Improve the App and troubleshoot technical issues
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information for advertising, marketing to third parties, or any purpose beyond operating Magnet Mates.

Photos you upload are stored securely on our servers solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not use your photos for any other purpose, share them with third parties, or use them in any marketing materials without your explicit consent. Photos may be retained for a reasonable period after your order is fulfilled for customer service purposes, after which they are deleted.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share your information only with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate the App:

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill your order and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Note that some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.

The Magnet Mates App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete it.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes relating to this policy shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.
